Our mission

European manufacturing is under pressure. Margins are thinner, supply chains more volatile, competition more global.
Yet the largest cost lever most companies have, 70–80% of product cost locked in engineering decisions, remains invisible to procurement teams working from spreadsheets and tribal knowledge.

Parsio exists to change that.

Mid-market industrial manufacturers are the backbone of European competitiveness. The Mittelstand, the ETIs, the hidden champions: they're world leaders in their niches: specialty chemicals, precision components, industrial equipment. They supply automotive, aerospace, and energy. When they lose competitiveness, entire regions lose jobs, expertise, and industrial sovereignty.
But these companies have been left behind by procurement technology built for Fortune 500 indirect spend. They manage real engineering complexity with tools designed for buying laptops and booking travel.

Our mission: give them the procurement engineering capability they couldn't afford to build through AI that makes the complexity of what you buy finally manageable.

Why now

What we're building wasn't possible six months ago.

Procurement teams have always known where the real savings are: over-engineered specs, redundant parts, fragmented supplier bases. The problem was never insight: it was capacity. Analyzing 10,000 parts against cost drivers, supplier capabilities, and engineering constraints would take 15 specialists months. Mid-market companies couldn't afford this. The work simply didn't get done.

That constraint just disappeared.

AI can now read BOMs, drawings, and technical data locked in PDFs and tribal knowledge. It can map relationships between products, components, suppliers, and costs at scale and surface patterns no human could find manually.
Legacy tools manage transactions. Parsio optimizes what you buy.

This is an 18-month window. The companies that build AI-native procurement intelligence now will establish structural cost advantages. Those that wait will compete against rivals who've already captured the savings they're still searching for.
